During the conference, Mr. Dong Junming, the General Manager, delivered a speech from the perspective of the group company, providing a comprehensive summary of the work in 2022. He specifically commended the contributions made by the Market Department in terms of market development in 2022. Focusing on the "centered on efficiency" approach, Mr. Dong discussed the deployment of 12 key areas of work for 2023, including talent recruitment, the effective operation of the two centers (Wuxi Epoxy Resin and Upstream and Downstream Engineering Technology Research Center, Energy-saving and Environmental Protection Equipment Research and Development Center), course correction efforts, management advancement, and optimization of management systems.
2022 Tax Revenue
In 2022, DKEC Group defied the odds and, for the first time, contributed tax revenues exceeding 20 million RMB.
Open Discussion
During the meeting, the traditional top-down approach to leadership summaries was eschewed in favor of listening to the voices of frontline employees. Discussions ranged from a summary of the work accomplished in 2022 to the outlook for 2023, market expansion in the chemical and environmental sectors, talent recruitment and development, financial management, coordination with relevant government departments, the role of EPC projects in design and construction management, process development, and effective conversion. The variety of perspectives and open discussion exemplified the unity of purpose and determination among the team. Our employees are truly wonderful individuals.

These achievements in the fields of technological innovation and talent recruitment and development have received high recognition from national, provincial, municipal, and regional departments in charge of science and technology and organization.
